Chicken Caesar Bowl
Romaine, parmesan, croutons, and leftover chicken - the lunch that takes five minutes and tastes like more.
Caesar salad gets complicated for no reason. This version skips making the dressing from scratch and leans on a good store-bought Caesar instead - there is no shame in it, and it gets this on the table in five minutes. Leftover chicken from a roast does the heavy lifting here. Toss everything together right before eating so the croutons stay crisp instead of going soft in the dressing.
Prep: 10 min • Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or diced (leftover roast chicken works perfectly)
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 0.5 cup Croutons
- 0.25 cup Parmesan, shaved or grated
- 0.33 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought)
Instructions
- Place the chopped romaine in a large bowl.

- Pour the Caesar dressing over everything and toss right before eating.
- Serve immediately while the croutons are still crisp.
