Blueberry Mug Muffin
A classic blueberry muffin in one mug - just blueberries doing what blueberries do best.
Sometimes you just want blueberries in a muffin and that's the whole story. This is that muffin. No zest, no juice, nothing competing with the berries - just a soft vanilla batter that lets the blueberries be the loudest thing in the mug. Fresh blueberries work best here since there's nothing else to carry the flavor, but frozen are completely fine and come out with a slightly jammy quality that's honestly pretty great. This is the one you make when you know what you want and what you want is a blueberry muffin before your coffee finishes brewing.
