Classic Chicken Salad
The classic creamy chicken salad - simple, satisfying, and works in a sandwich, wrap, or straight from the bowl.
A good chicken salad is one of the most useful things to have in your fridge. It works in sandwiches, wraps, on crackers, on lettuce leaves, or honestly just on a fork while standing at the counter. The key is not overdressing it - add the mayo a couple tablespoons at a time and stop when it's just enough to bind everything together. The celery is for crunch and is not optional. Use leftover chicken from a roast and this is a five-minute lunch.

Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken and celery in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise a little at a time - just enough to bind, not smother.
