Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats
Overnight oats with fresh strawberries and Greek yogurt instead of cream - all the indulgence, none of the guilt.
Strawberries and cream is one of the great British summer combinations - Wimbledon in a bowl, basically. The overnight oats version swaps the cream for Greek yogurt which gives you the same richness and tang with actual protein. The strawberries macerate slightly overnight in the oats and release their juice, which turns the whole jar a pale pink and tastes like concentrated strawberry. A tiny bit of vanilla is all this needs. Simple, pretty, and honestly one of the better breakfasts you can make in five minutes the night before.
