Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats
Overnight oats that taste like dessert for breakfast - because sometimes you deserve it.
This is the overnight oats recipe for people who want dessert for breakfast but also want to feel like they made a reasonable decision. Peanut butter and chocolate chips in oats is technically breakfast. Technically. The chocolate chips go in before the fridge so they soften slightly overnight and become little pockets of chocolate flavor throughout. If you want them to stay crunchy, add them in the morning instead. A pinch of sea salt over the top brings out both the peanut butter and the chocolate in a way that will make you genuinely surprised by a jar of oats.
