One Bowl Chocolate Chip Pancakes (w/ Cinnamon!)
Fluffy pancakes studded with melty chocolate chips - breakfast or dessert, you decide.
Chocolate chip pancakes were already hard to argue with. Then someone added cinnamon and the whole conversation was over. The cinnamon does something subtle but real - it deepens the chocolate flavor and adds a warmth that makes these taste like a snickerdoodle and a chocolate chip cookie had a breakfast baby. Press the chips into the batter after you pour rather than mixing them in, and go with mini chips if you have them - they melt into the pancake rather than sitting on top like a passenger. Serve with maple syrup, chocolate syrup, or just eat them standing at the stove because you cannot wait.
